Demolition

You Provide

  • Copy of the site plan showing:
    • The structures to be demolished with current finished floor elevations.
    • Erosion control location and type.
    • Fence location and type.
    • On-site dumpster location.
  • Completed Demolition Permit Application
  • Paperwork stating all utilities have been shutoff/disconnected where applicable 
  • Copy of neighboring resident's notification letter

Inspections will vary per project and typically include:
  • Pre-demolition Inspection: verifying the fence and erosion control are in place. Please email Permits@DesPeresMO.org to schedule this inspection 24 hours in advance. 
  • Final Inspection: once the lot has ground cover re-established.
