• A copy of the site survey with the proposed deck drawn in
• Completed Building Permit Application

Inspections will vary based upon the scope of work. Typically, inspections will include:

• Footing / Pier Inspections 
• Framing Inspections: If the deck sits close to the ground or the bottom will be covered, concealing the floor joist at the time of final inspection
• Final Inspections: Once the work is completed
